TERMS/ Shipping: IMPORTANT

Due to covid flight restrictions and postage delays. Australia post are experiencing long unpredictable delays that are out of my control once your item is in the hands of Australila post. please keep this in mind, be extra patient and follow up with your tracking number provided with your order shipment. I recommend paying the extra to upgrade to express post if you want to receive your parcel asap. :)

Currently Shipping only within Australia.

Once the parcel is handed over to Australia post I am not responsible for the package if it gets lost or damaged in their care.

If you wish to shop at Cute And Clayful but don't see your country and are willing to pay the shipping fee, I may be able to add your country option to the checkout - contact me via Facebook, instagram or email to enquire. Thank you.

DISPATCH time

Usually 2-7 working days for items to be sent. This is the same if you order express but it will be a high priority if I am able to get it out quicker.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or any items that go missing in the care of Australia post.

Cute And Clayful don't accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations for hygienic reasons. Please be mindful when you make a purchase. Polymer is fragile and needs to be taken care of very delicately. Don't leave your fragile handmade earrings in your handbag for example as they may get crushed. I provide care instructions for you to know the best way to look after your new peices to help them last. I won't be held responsible for any damaged/broken items in your care. Thank you for your understanding.

Keep your clay items dry, away from direct sunlight as they may fade and please be gentle removing backings when pulling earrings on and off. Especially important for children to know. 🙂
